Frantisek Nemec was born on 9 August 1943 in Sezimovo Ustí, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He is an actor, known for Hospital at the End of the City (1977), Cas pracuje pro vraha (1980) and Wolfgang A. Mozart (1991).
